•Returns and Exchanges:

 Unfortunately I do not offer any refunds, returns nor exchanges for our items. I am not responsible if the wrong item is ordered. I do check each item many times before it is packaged and shipped. 

If there is a mistake on my end that has been made please contact me via email at [email protected] or through a private message on my social media pages within 24 hours of receiving your order and please include your name, order number and concerns so I can properly address the issue (pictures may be asked for) and I will address the issue accordingly. 

 However  no refunds will be given on items that were ordered incorrectly . 

  • Shipping:

Please allow 2-5 business days for your package to arrive. You will receive a tracking number from USPS /UPS through the email you ordered with once your package is on it’s way.  I am not responsible for any packages once they are dropped off at the post office. This includes lost or damaged packages. (No refunds will be given for lost or damaged packages)

Any items that are shipped back to me due to the wrong address will be invoiced for an additional shipping fee for re-shipment. No refunds will be given for items that are sent back to me. All orders will be reshipped pending the additional shipping fee.
